Tom writes after the show,

Moscow, Russian Black Terrier, ‘Dmitrov’ magical words to any one who is involved in the breed. The ultimate show in the World for the RBTs It was like a dream come true when I received the invitation from the RKF to judge the National Russian Black Terrier Club Specialty International Show ‘Dmitrov 2005’. I was on cloud nine & felt a daunting feeling all at the same time. The entry for the 2 day show was 170 dogs. I judged 110 dogs from Intermediate, Open, Winners, Champion class dogs and bitches. Following this again enjoyed very much was the Brace then the Kennel specialties

Exhibitors had travelled from five different countries to attend this the Club show of the year.

The morning of the show when we arrived at the Sports Arena we walked into the Centre of the running track and just looked around in awe 170 Russian Black Terriers, trimmed to perfection and all milling around together the odd grumble could be heard as massive males walked past each other and glanced at each other.

Down to judging there was no disappointment going over the dogs they were incredible, one after another with such quality in depth my first three in any of the classes could change places with the first which made my job much easier.

"The Airedale Terrier Seminar in Japan" held on July 28th 2002 in celebration of the 5th anniversary of the founding of Airedale Terrier Club of Japan.
		It was a success with a great help of Mrs. Janet Huxley and Mr. Thomas Huxley (Robroyd Airedale Terriers). Both of them are great breeders and busy people who have been invited as judges at various shows in many countries. Janet's superb book " The Airedale Terrier Today" gives you a considerable knowledge of Airedales. Thomas is a president of Russian Black Terrier of UK and Janet is the Secretary
		Their lecture was full of their deep affections toward Airedales. Those luckiest people who could join the seminar enjoyed so much and learned a lot. Welcome party after the seminar was also pleasant and everybody had fun together.

It was impossible to have such a wonderful seminar without having help of Janet, Thomas and other lots of people. Here again, we'd like to express our gratitude to all.
